Our Story...

At Elevate Med Spa, our mission is to provide personalized, high-quality aesthetic treatments for Forest County and surrounding areas. We focus on enhancing your natural beauty while ensuring your comfort and safety in a relaxing, private environment. Services are provided by owner and operator, Cortney Schneider, FNP. Cortney brings with her nearly 14 years of experience in Primary Care and 17 years of nursing experience in general.
